Toddlebike2: Pre-balance ride for toddlers
The Toddlebike2, a pre-balance bike designed for toddlers, serves as the first step towards independent riding, and can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is extremely lightweight and perfect for toddlers to handle it even on their own, once they learn to ride it.
I received my package through Amazon but since I was out of town, they left it with the neighbours. Right after getting back home, I collected my package and was really excited to open it because it was for BabyN'. I believe, no matter how many toys a child has, they're never enough for them because the attention span of kids is really low and therefore, they tend to get bored of one activity very quickly.
BabyN' hardly concentrates on a single activity for 5 minutes so it is quite a challenge for me to keep him occupied and to ensure that he's entertained well. Otherwise, he just starts doing things which I may not want him to do. When the Tolebike2 arrived at my house, it was morning and I was preparing breakfast while the husband and BabyN' opened the box and out came the bike. Now I was under the impression that I will have to do that tedious work of assembling it but surprisingly, there was nothing that had to be done.
Just took it out of the box and it was ready to be used. BabyN' was really excited to see it and he immediately sat on it. Initially though, he wasn't able to balance and he used to fall down when he tried to ride on it. This happened till 4-5 days but after that he learnt to balance and ride it like a pro. The Toddlebike2 has been developed for toddlers (18 months onward) and the concept is to make the them learn to balance the bike. This means that the Toddlebike2 serves the purpose of the first bike for them.
Okay, so after he learnt balancing the bike, the next step was to learn to turn it around - backwards and forwards and to the left and right. After learning to balance, that wasn't difficult for him and he was easily able to move it around. Also, the bike is light weight, so he can carry it and take it anywhere he likes. With the Toddlebike2, toddlers can learn the concept of riding a bike as the handles can be reached easily, the styling is modern with a centralized seating position and steering limiter.
The Toddlebike2 is easy to clean, comes with a 3 year warranty and it's available in three colours - red, blue and pink. The quality of the material used is good and this means that it won't break easily until and unless you try to use heavy equipment and try to break it on purpose. The product can be purchased here, for £23.95 with FREE shipping within the UK and international delivery available through John Lewis.
