Bacumor Smoothie

Ingredients:
Banana- 1 ripe
Cucumber - 2 inches long
Orange juice - 200 ml
Yogurt - 4 tablespoons
Ice - 10 cubes 

Method: 
Peel the banana, slice it and add in the smoothie maker or a blender. Add sliced cucumber, orange juice, yogurt and blend it well. Add ice-cubes and blend again. I personally prefer using full fat yogurt for best results. Serve and enjoy chilled.

Serves 1

  1. This looks tempting, but didnt you find cucumber seeds? That something that remains in the middle part of the cucumber.

      Here in the UK, cucumbers do not have seeds. :-)
